'Party Cat' painting auction

Can you give this festive fluffy cat a home? An online auction of the painting is live until Sunday 19 November at 16:30 GMT.

Party Cat
Party Cat by Kim Haskins, 2012

Further details:

An original painting of a fluffy black cat wearing a party hat. Painted by me, Kim Haskins, with acrylic paint on canvas in 2012. It measures 20 x 20 x 2cm.

It is signed on the front, and also signed and titled on the reverse.

Apparently I took no notice of the placement of the hanging fixture when I started painting on this canvas (it's on the side instead of the top!) but I'm happy to add better hanging fixtures at no extra cost before delivery.

Having said that, I think it would look its best if it were framed. If you'd like to buy it framed (at extra cost), please discuss this with me once you've won the auction. I'd roughly estimate framing to cost somewhere between £30 - £60 depending on the frame type you choose.

The painting has spent most of its life in my studio storage area but has recently found fame as a greetings card image. It is published by Tomcat Cards and is for sale in UK shops and directly from their website http://www.tomcat.cards/product/party-cat/.

The auction is open to bidders worldwide and postage will include a tracked and signed service.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best wishes

Kim :)
