Returns and refunds

I pride myself on providing the best quality products and customer service possible. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product or you've changed your mind, please get in touch with me to discuss what to do next: hello@kimhaskinsart.com

Unless a product is faulty, I will require any unwanted items to be returned to me. I will provide a return address at request. Please note that in such circumstances I do not offer refunds on the cost of postage and packaging, and a refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the item in resaleable condition. Please do not attempt to return an item without contacting me first.
