Shipping

I am based in the UK but ship internationally. I offer two basic shipping options and the costs of these are based on the weight and size of the item(s) being delivered and their destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout but you can also get a shipping estimate once you add an item to your cart.

Standard delivery 

This is suitable for non-original artworks, such as prints and greetings cards. Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

  • Items heading to UK addresses are usually posted by second-class Royal Mail delivery and you can expect your parcel to arrive in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
  • Items heading to non-UK destinations will be posted by Royal Mail's International Standard delivery and you can usually expect your parcel to arrive in European countries within 3-5 working days and all other countries in under 10 working days (depending on how efficient your local postal service is!)

Special delivery

This option is more expensive but is essential for the delivery of original artworks. If you do not select this option when purchasing an original artwork I will be in contact with you to settle the extra cost of delivery.

Please also select this option if you would like very fast delivery, full tracking, compensation cover and signature on delivery for any purchase you make.

Smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and the appropriate amount of compensation cover will be applied. You can expect your item to arrive within the following timeframes depending on where you live:

  • UK - next working day
  • Europe - within 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide - within 5-7 working days

Larger items may be sent by a courier such as UPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the courier details and if you do not receive a tracking number straight away you're welcome to request it from me.

Unfortunately there are circumstances whereby items get lost or damaged in transit, however among the hundreds of shop orders I've dispatched I'm pleased to say that this is extremely rare. I always endeavour to fully resolve postal issues on an individual basis.
